After leaving a 12-year career as a Special Agent with IRS Criminal Investigation, Ashley turned a single community workout into a movement that has impacted thousands through fitness, leadership, and total wellness.
Today, Trap Cardio has welcomed thousands of participants across the country, serves a thriving digital community of more than 3,000 members, hosts international wellness retreats with over 100 attendees, and has built a recurring membership model that continues to grow. Ashley has partnered with organizations including Molina Healthcare, American Heart Association, Buttah Skincare, Black Girl Vitamins, and other brands committed to improving community wellness.
Known for her honest leadership and practical approach to business, Ashley teaches entrepreneurs that visibility isn’t about chasing algorithms—it’s about building trust, telling stories people connect with, and creating communities people want to be part of.
